Details

Assist with check-in. Includes but not limited to confirming registration information is correct, hand out pre-ordered merchandise and answer question related to the registration process. Pack up supplies and secure items in an assigned location before departing.

Various tasks include: Help answer questions, guide people through the resource fair and find what they are looking for.

Information Booth sets up at 8 AM, and is ready to recieve guests and question by 9 AM.

Shifts are from 8 AM - 10:30 AM can walk also!

Details

Various roles include: Help move supplies to cars from the resource fair. Walk (or bring and ride a bike) the path and pick up kilometer signs following the walk. pack up registration and resource area. Assist vendors with a smooth and quick cleanup, moving tables, removing decor or assisting in other ways.

Volunteer & Vendor Check-in High Priority

Details

Assist with vendor unloading from vehicle and carrying items about 300 feet to the Resource Fair at Rotary Fountain. If you have a dolly or other equipment to help move resources, you are welcome to bring them.

Assist with directing cars, parking, early stages of event setup.
